About
MOMENT OF/ is a celebration of the human elements, emotions, challenges and victories in all of us. The parts of us which make us a human.
More similar than we sometimes remember, this project is here to bring a sigh of relief to the patterns, cycles and behaviours that can keep us feeling 'stuck' and confused.
We meet it with compassion and curiosity.
It's a place to find experiences and tools that help us to explore our natural human emotion, wants, needs and desires.
Whether it be softness, comfort and support during tender moments of grief and sadness, a place to cathartically release tension, anxiety, anger and fear, or a place to find focus to achieve big goals and dreams - it's a reminder of our humaness.
Through Breathwork, movement and mindful curiosity, we get to explore all parts of ourselves.
We practice leading with compassion and acceptance of who we are - perfectly imperfect!

Curiosity leads the way – fascinated by what makes us human, I’m that person who loves to by-pass small talk, loving nothing more than discovering something new and true from the heart of you.
Growing up in, at times, challenging circumstances, I’ve long been curious about what makes some grow through life’s challenges and adversity, while some become ‘stuck’ within it.
That question grew even deeper personally when, a decade into a fast-paced career in TV production, my health collapsed.

From coordinating world-class productions, I found myself struggling with chronic fatigue and a wild list of symptoms that I couldn't ignore.
It was a wake-up call — years of living on high-alert, over-working, and ignoring early alarm bells caught up with me. Feeling exhausted and working under pressure was so normal in the industry, that I ignored the early signals that something was really wrong.
Trying not to let my teams down, I kept pushing through, but eventually, my body pulled the brakes for me.
What followed was a decade-long journey of unlearning, relearning, and creating enough space to finally listen and hear what my body had been trying to signal for some time. It was humbling. It was isolating. But it cracked me open to a whole new way of experiencing life.
The turning point was when I could finally find the beauty in the wake-up call.
The experience is the foundation of everything that I do today. It fuels my aim to lead with compassion — especially for those navigating invisible or long-term health challenges.
I’m here to be as useful as possible as an advocate for anyone moving through the fog of long-term illness. a journey that can feel incredibly confusing and lonely.
As an approach to life, unwavering compassionate curiosity, although not always the default (we're human after all), is where, I believe, truth and connection really begins. Not getting caught up in the ‘what’, but asking more ‘the why’.

Today, I’m based in Coffs Harbour on the East Coast of Australia, where I offer infrared sauna and breathwork sessions in a cosy, relaxed setting.
I meet for sessions both online and in person, run group experiences. I also travel to London regularly to host sessions and workshops throughout the year.
Student of life. Life is the real education.

Compassionate Inquiry Facilitator Training (Currently Training)
Compassionate Inquiry - Dr. Gabor Mate and CI Team
Compassionate Inquiry® is a psychotherapeutic approach created by Dr. Gabor Maté over several decades while working with both patients and retreat participants. This approach gently uncovers and releases the layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body, that are at the root of mental and physical illness and addiction.
When clients perceive the therapeutic relationship as a safe container, compassion and curiosity allow them to acknowledge and examine the traumatic events that happened to them as children, recognize the beliefs they internalized, and feel the emotions they suppressed. This contributes to the healing process.
Using Compassionate Inquiry, both the individual and therapist unveil the level of consciousness, mental climate, hidden assumptions, implicit memories and body states that form the real message that words both express and conceal.
When we can release ourselves from the hold of these stories, a new way of being emerges, leading to spontaneity, choice, expansion and freedom.

I just really love people. I'm fascinated by all of us.
Most Importantly
My greatest life experiences have come through living across 3 continents and exploring remote parts of the world.
These experiences continue to be the most enriching part of my life and continue to fuel my connection to the humans in this wonderful world more than anything.
I'm forever grateful for having the privilege to have lived such a rich life - I pinch myself everyday.
Even More Importantly
Thank you for being here and thank you for being you.
Celebrating you today.
