MOMENT OF/
MOMENT OF (noun):
A critical point in time where a shift, change, or impact occurs.
CREATING SPACE FOR THESE SHIFTS — ONE BREATH AT A TIME.
MOMENTOF/ MOMENTOF
The Intention.
Intended to guide us in feeling more content and satisfied in our lives, These experiences help us to step out of the busy and into the being.
Long enough to get curious about what we’re feeling and maybe why. Taking our next steps a little more consciously and intentionally.
Using Breathwork, movement and by creating space for the body to unwind, these sessions are a place to release stress and tension, to rebalance, feeling lighter, reconnected, comforted and inspired.

Why.
We’re doing the best that we can, but there’s no doubt that being human in this world can be challenging.
We can struggle to find the time to decompress from the 'doing' of life and pause to reconcile our experiences.
These sessions offer the space to breathe and moments to feel, allowing us the space to reset and come home to ourselves. Reconnecting to the clarity and wisdom that we already have within.
The more that we find to meet ourselves with compassion and curiosity, the more that this ripples out to the world around us.
How.
Welcoming to all, these down-to-earth experiences are for everyone.
To those who might not have tried Breathwork or any method of taking a pause before, you've found your home here.
Through various styles of sessions (most commonly using noise-cancelling headsets), we learn how to use our breath to develop feeling body awareness and connect with ourselves more deeply.
The headsets create a deeply immersive experience, blocking out any distractions from external noise or from anyone else in the room.
This creates a Breathwork experience like you’ve never felt before. Truly immersive. Guiding you through a deeply profound and personal journey.

MOMENT OF/ Compassion.

MOMENT OF/ 9D Breathwork.
THE ELEMENTS OF 9D BREATHWORK
-
HOW DOES 9D BREATHWORK WORK?9D Breathwork opens a pathway directly into the subconscious mind, the driver of 98% of all human behaviour, skillfully transmuting internal blocks into sources of immense personal power, all the while working with the body’s innate intelligence to release trapped energy from the nervous system, creating a clean slate. Through a combination of breath, sound, and guided visualisation, the method induces a hypnotic state. It slows brainwave frequencies to allow for an inward journey where the subconscious becomes more receptive to change. 9D Breathwork is structured to create a holistic experience that addresses and nurtures the individual’s physical, mental, and emotional aspects, making it a comprehensive tool for personal transformation and healing.
-
WHAT IS 9D BREATHWORK?9D Breathwork is a groundbreaking approach to wellness and healing that leverages the most advanced aspects of Breathwork, enriched with a multi-dimensional sound experience. It incorporates a blend of binaural brain entrainment, isochronic brainwave tones, solfeggio frequencies, 432Hz harmonic tuning, somatic Breathwork, subliminal hypnotic therapy, guided coaching, and bioacoustic sound effects.

WHAT CAN WE DO?There’s never a one-size fits all approach to mental health support. All of us struggle with different things, and have different mental wellbeing needs. It’s important to consider employee wellbeing on a case-by-case basis. Other than educating managers, mental health initiatives like having a mental health policy, and access to professional services, simply trying to be more empathetic can go a long way. Hopefully we’ll see more companies prioritising mental health in the workplace, with happy, healthy teams to show for it. Workplace mental health resources The 5 pillars of wellbeing at work Feeling safe to speak to someone about mental health without it being stigmatised Having a stress assessment and management system Highlighting mental health programs in the workplace Creating your own employee wellbeing survey How to manage and balance employee performance AND employee wellbeing together

IMPROVING MENTAL HEALTH IN THE WORKPLACEMore than half (52%) of employees don’t feel they get enough support from their employer for their mental wellbeing. [11] 70% of managers believe there are ‘structural’ barriers to providing mental wellbeing support for their reports. [26] Only 38% of HR respondents say that their line managers are equipped to have sensitive conversations around mental health. [2,18] Initiatives aimed at improving workplace mental health can yield a return of interest up to 800% due to higher productivity, fewer sick days and lower staff turnover. [6] Having better mental health initiatives in place can save UK businesses up to £8 billion every year. [27] Initially investing £80 per employee in promoting wellbeing initiatives at work will result in a net return of around £600 in savings, due to reduced presenteeism and absenteeism. [1] Employees are more interested in using digital tools to support their mental health now than before the pandemic (47% compared to 35%). [11] The highest ROI can be achieved by providing mental health screening programs and personal therapy, with returns of £6.30 for every £1 invested. Screening helps to identify people who may be susceptible to or experiencing mental health issues, in order to provide targeted support at an early stage and prevent the problem from worsening. [11] 63% say that when people are kind, it has a positive impact on their mental health, and the same proportion agree that being kind to others has the same effect. Encouraging open conversations around mental wellbeing creates a kinder, more psychologically safe work environment. [28]

THE IMPACT OF POOR MENTAL HEALTH ON EMPLOYEESWith mental health issues often being brushed under the table as ‘not real’ because of stigma, you’re likely to underestimate the very real repercussions of poor emotional wellbeing. In fact, research shows you are more likely to experience mental illness than you are to develop heart disease or diabetes. [12] Around 828,000 employees suffer from work-related stress, depression or anxiety every year. [13] 17% of employees will struggle with a diagnosed mental health condition this year. They’ll be in emotional pain, and might not be able to work or function. [14] 38% of employees feel unmotivated, burnt out, anxious or depressed Loneliness and declining mental health are strongly linked. UK levels of loneliness rose during the pandemic, especially for people already struggling with their mental health. By the third lockdown, 40% of people with pre-existing mental health diagnoses reported feeling lonely compared to 26% of the general UK population. [15,16] 84% of workers experienced a mental health challenge over the last year. [22] 71% of working adults reported at least one symptom of stress. [23] 68% of millennials and 81% of Gen Z’s left their jobs for mental health-related reasons in the last year. [24] Only 38% of employees feel comfortable using their company’s mental health services. [25] Women who work full-time are almost twice as likely to have a mental health problem than their male counterparts. [1] Younger people (between the ages of 18 and 29) are more likely to leave their jobs for mental health reasons compared to their older counterparts. [11]

DO I NEED ANY BREATHWORK EXPERIENCE?No. These sessions are very simple in nature. We simply focus on breath awareness and open the exploration from there.
-
GROUP SESSIONS, WHAT TO EXPECTGroup sessions are very warm, welcoming and down-to-earth. Some can feel nervous about joining the group experience, but often those nerves dissolve as soon as you walk through the doors and feel how approachable and welcoming the group is. A good thing to remember is that what sparked your interest in attending is often what interested the rest of the group also. There's common ground from the very start and that feeling of community grows during the session. The group sessions usually run as follows: - Opening and thorough introduction, with lots of time to ask any questions - Practice of the breath style before we begin, again, time to ask any questions and time to settle in so that you feel super comfortable - The Breathwork Journey - Gentle return to the space - Integration and sharing time for as long as feels needed (I recommend not rushing back to life afterwards) Follow up: - Two days after the session, I encourage you to check in with me via text or a call if needed.
-
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOUFor all sessions, please bring along a water bottle, and if possible, a snack for afterwards. A journal and anything else to make you feel comfortable is also welcome. For one to one sessions, unless otherwise mentioned ahead of time, all blankets, mats and eye masks will be provided. For group sessions, depending on the venue, these may or may not be provided. Details will be listed on the event page. If in doubt, bring along a blanket, yoga mat and an eye mask.
-
HOW TO PREPAREPlease refrain from stimulants including alcohol and caffeine in the lead up to your session. It can be difficult for your system to fully relax and for the connection to feeling body awareness to be felt when consuming caffeine. Loose, comfortable clothing is advised for ease of breath and movement during the session. It's also helpful to bring layers to accomodate temperature changes which are common during a Breathwork or movement session. To encourage deep belly breaths and for comfort, a heavy meal in your tummy beforehand isn't advised. Leaving a 2-3 hours between a meal and the start of your session is ideal. A light snack is okay. This is obviously unique to personal circumstance and comfort level.

ARE THERE ANY HEALTH CONTRAINDICATIONS?Please read the below guidance and waiver (which you will be required to sign before attending). Please seek advice from your healthcare provider if needed.
