MOMENT OF

Recovery, regulation and resilience — through breath, lifestyle foundations and self-inquiry.

A WARM WELCOME

Mel is an applied breath resilience instructor, somatic breathwork facilitator, and has completed Compassionate Inquiry training — weaving together the mind, body, breath and nervous system.

Her work draws on the evidence-informed base of breath science, the somatic depth of embodied emotional inquiry, and the human warmth that makes people feel safe enough to gently open into self-inquiry.

Trained in Compassionate Inquiry — the method developed by Dr. Gabor Maté — and certified through the School of Breath Science's Applied Breath Resilience Instructor Training, she brings both the science and the humanity to every session.

She is currently completing the Oxygen Advantage protocol training and a Diploma of Counselling toward ACA registration.

Mel works with private clients online and in-person from Coffs Harbour, NSW.

1. Breath & Nervous System Assessment

This 90-minute session gives us a detailed picture of how your nervous system is placed — how you're breathing, how you're recovering, and where the load is sitting in your body and life.

Using a structured set of evidence-based measures, we build a clear baseline together. From there you'll understand exactly what's driving how you feel — and what your system needs to be able to shift.

A powerful standalone session, but also becomes the foundation for everything we build together if you choose to go further.

(1.5 hours · Online or in-person, Coffs Harbour NSW)

2. Breathwork & Inquiry Session

SINGLE SESSION

A single session to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with the body. Breathwork and curious inquiry woven together — creating space for awareness and gentle self-inquiry.

Available for individuals, couples, small groups and workplace teams.

(Online or in-person, Coffs Harbour NSW)

3. The Restore Program

RESTORATION TO RESILIENCE

Structured 1:1 program using the progressive 3 phase system.

Guiding you from burnout and overwhelm through restoration, regulation and resilience.

We work through three clear progressive phases — at a pace your nervous system can integrate:

Restore — slow down and build the foundations of safety your nervous system needs before anything else can shift.

Regulate — work with the breath more actively, identify what's driving your stress load, and start building the tools that create real, lasting change.

Resilience — expand your capacity to meet life's demands with stable, efficient recovery.

Our capacity to live a full life we love comes down to the foundation it's built upon. We start there.

Say hello.

Here when you're ready to get started.

Breath. Body. Compassion. Curiosity.

A soft place to land.

Let’s soften some of those edges.

I offer a human-to-human experience that's warm, compassionate and where all parts of you are welcome.

Space to decompress.

Life can feel fast and full at times.

These moments offer space to slow down and gently drop back into connection with ourselves.

What happens beyond that, just happens. And usually, it’s pretty nice to just explore what’s sitting there right beneath the surface.

When we meet ourselves with gentle, open curiosity, we expand our capacity to meet others in the same way.

Imagine a world with a little more patience and compassion for each other?

welcoming all parts of ourselves

the parts which simply make us human
