We use science-based tools incl. functional breathwork, somatic breathwork, functional nutrition and an overall holistic viewpoint.

Explore what's beneath the surface, leaving some of what you're carrying on the mat.
Usually starting with nourishing down-regulation breathing, setting a foundation for activating conscious connected breathing down the line.
Sessions can be delivered with or without noise-cancelling headsets.

The Sauna space is a quiet little hideaway just minutes from the CBD in Coffs.
Decompress and unwind in the private Infrared Sauna space and garden.
3-person Sunlighten m-Pulse Infrared Sauna with chromotherapy lighting, in-built sound system and a private bathroom/ shower room.

These are down-to-earth experiences, especially for those who feel a little nervous joining group classes. No prior experience needed.
The headsets offer an immersive experience, removing distractions from surrounding noise, creating space to connect to our internal feelings, emotions and own personal moment.
