Mel helps you to find your footing when life feels a little ‘too much’ and you need to find some stable ground.

 

Through one-to-one sessions and group experiences, Mel’s sessions are relaxed, warm and welcoming.

With a foundations-first approach, we lean into 'you' with gentle curiosity. 

 

Together, we use science-based tools (functional breathwork, somatic breathwork, functional nutrition), but mostly and most importantly, we nurture you, bring in some signals of safety and give space to your life experiences.

Somatic Breathwork

Feeling overwhelmed or caught up in the mind? Not sure where to go with the big feels? Somatic Breathwork sessions are a warm and cosy space to unpack, digest and let go of some of that weighty tension. ​​​

I see you holding on, shallow breaths, rigid, tense, 'digging deep', carrying the worlds expectations on your shoulders. I've been there, it almost destroyed me.

 

If you're looking for somewhere to go with some of that, a place to lay some of it down, to drop the armour, to talk (and feel) it out, you've found a place that’s ready to welcome you.

 

Let’s soften some of those edges.

I'm here to offer a human-to-human space that's warm, compassionate and a place were you can be all parts of yourself (as messy as some of those parts might feel sometimes).

What happens beyond that, just happens. And usually, it’s pretty nice to just explore what’s sitting there right beneath the surface with someone who has the time to listen.

Beginner Breathwork.

These are down-to-earth experiences, especially for those who feel a little nervous joining group classes. No prior experience needed.

 

The headsets offer an immersive experience, removing distractions from surrounding noise, creating space to connect to our internal feelings, emotions and own personal moment.
