The headsets offer an immersive experience, removing distractions from surrounding noise, creating space to connect to our internal feelings, emotions and own personal moment.


9D Breathwork is a groundbreaking approach to wellness and healing that leverages the most advanced aspects of Breathwork, enriched with a multi-dimensional sound experience.
It incorporates a blend of binaural brain entrainment, isochronic brainwave tones, solfeggio frequencies, 432Hz harmonic tuning, somatic Breathwork, subliminal hypnotic therapy, guided coaching, and bioacoustic sound effects.
9D Breathwork opens a pathway directly into the subconscious mind, the driver of 98% of all human behaviour, skillfully transmuting internal blocks into sources of immense personal power, all the while working with the body’s innate intelligence to release trapped energy from the nervous system, creating a clean slate.
Through a combination of breath, sound, and guided visualisation, the method induces a hypnotic state. It slows brainwave frequencies to allow for an inward journey where the subconscious becomes more receptive to change.

In-person sessions are available in Coffs Harbour NSW Australia and also London UK throughout the year.
ONLINE
Online sessions are available by booking through the booking page. These are conducted over a Zoom call.

Private group sessions are available and are a great way to bring the experience to your partner, friends, family, social groups and workplace.
9D Multi-Dimensional Sound Experience
In this layer, sound traverses both channels, creating an immersive space where sound is heard from various directions. This expansive soundscape transports you to a larger inner world, facilitating heightened awareness and making you forget your physical surroundings.
Binaural Brain Entertainment
Binaural beats, produced by blending different frequencies, promote harmony between the brain’s two hemispheres. A variety of these combinations are carefully designed to support the energetic arc of the 9D experience.
Solfeggio Frequencies
A set of frequencies that have been scientifically demonstrated to harmonize the body’s energy systems. Each frequency corresponds to a distinct intention for activating the body. For example, 396Hz is associated with liberation and emotional release, specifically targeting fear and guilt.
Isochronic Brainwave Tones
Isochronic tones consist of a single frequency that pulsates or beats at a rapid rate, influencing the brain in specific ways to enhance the overall experience.
432Hz Harmonic Tuning
Music tuned to 432Hz, as opposed to the more common 440Hz, is deeply harmonious with the human body and is often referred to as the “healing frequency.”
Somatic Breathwork
Serving as the foundational technique, somatic Breathwork empowers individuals to release accumulated traumas and trapped emotions, fostering deep healing. In the 9D experience, somatic Breathwork is elevated to new heights, enhancing its transformative potential.
Subliminal Hypnotic Therapy
Rooted in the core principles of hypnosis, this layer involves evoking emotions and delivering suggestions while individuals are in a highly suggestible state. Guided Vocal Coaching
This layer offers the equivalent of a high-value therapy session, incorporating a blend of traditional coaching techniques, reframing exercises, and challenges to our limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging tendencies. It serves as a powerful component of the 9D journey.
Bioacoustic Sound Effects
BioAcoustics means “life sounds”. Low-frequency sounds that when presented to individuals, trigger specific biological and emotional responses, contributing to profound therapeutic effects on overall health and well-being.

No. These sessions are very simple in nature. We simply focus on breath awareness and open the exploration from there.
Group sessions are very warm, welcoming and down-to-earth. Some can feel nervous about joining the group experience, but often those nerves dissolve as soon as you walk through the doors and feel how approachable and welcoming the group is.
A good thing to remember is that what sparked your interest in attending is often what interested the rest of the group also. There's common ground from the very start and that feeling of community grows during the session.
The group sessions usually run as follows:
- Opening and thorough introduction, with lots of time to ask any questions
- Practice of the breath style before we begin, again, time to ask any questions and time to settle in so that you feel super comfortable
- The Breathwork Journey
- Gentle return to the space
- Integration and sharing time for as long as feels needed (I recommend not rushing back to life afterwards)

- Two days after the session, I encourage you to check in with me via text or a call if needed.

Often the Breathwork itself can be modified so that everyone can take part in the experience in some form, so please do reach out with any queries.

A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions. Cardiovascular problems, abnormally high blood pressure, low blood pressure, aneurysms, epilepsy and seizures in the past, anyone taking heavy medication, severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia, bipolar, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support.
People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.
Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis: This list is not exhaustive and we generally advise that if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed here, you consult a physician before participating in these breathing sessions.
I warrant and represent that I am in good health physically, mentally, psychologically and emotionally, and I understand and warrant that if I am not in good health I will not be allowed to perform the activities and sessions.
Accordingly, the declaration and certification that I am in good health in all the above-mentioned respects constitutes a material agreement to allow me to participate in the breathing sessions.
I know and acknowledge that the person facilitating is not a doctor or psychiatrist, or a specialist in health care, and that the activities offered are not intended to treat and diagnose specific medical conditions, whether physical, psychological or emotional.
I voluntarily participate in these activities knowing the risks and consequences and agree to assume all consequences, known or not. I release trainer Melanie Proud from all responsibilities, costs and damages that may arise from participating in the above-mentioned activity. I agree to accept financial responsibility for costs related to treatment.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read the above warning and agree to proceed with full responsibility, and understand that I have waived certain rights by signing and signing this release of liability freely and voluntarily without any external influence in.
For all sessions, please bring along a water bottle, and if possible, a snack for afterwards. A journal and anything else to make you feel comfortable is also welcome.
For one to one sessions, unless otherwise mentioned ahead of time, all blankets, mats and eye masks will be provided.
For group sessions, depending on the venue, these may or may not be provided. Details will be listed on the event page.
If in doubt, bring along a blanket, yoga mat and an eye mask.
Please refrain from stimulants including alcohol and caffeine in the lead up to your session.
It can be difficult for your system to fully relax and for the connection to feeling body awareness to be felt when consuming caffeine.
Loose, comfortable clothing is advised for ease of breath and movement during the session. It's also helpful to bring layers to accomodate temperature changes which are common during a Breathwork or movement session.
To encourage deep belly breaths and for comfort, a heavy meal in your tummy beforehand isn't advised. Leaving a 2-3 hours between a meal and the start of your session is ideal. A light snack is okay. This is obviously unique to personal circumstance and comfort level.
