Breathwork
A Breathwork 'session' involves many things, it's a beautiful weaving of attunement, presence, curiosity and somatic awareness. I'm also a down-to-earth practitioner who enjoys humour, play and warmth with my clients.

I use a range of methods within our sessions, all as a response to your nervous system and all designed to simply reveal the true essence of who you are and who you've always been.
​
So if you're stepping into the room with me for a Breathwork Session, expect an open heart, ready to welcome you, so that you can find some space for yourself.
But also someone who welcomes real, raw and honest moments together. You don't need to be 'ready' to walk into a Breathwork session here, you're perfectly ready as you are.
So come, relax, cry, giggle, let it all out or say nothing at all, it's all welcome in a session with me. We start where we start.. that's the beauty of meeting you exactly as you are in this very special moment.

Somatic Breathwork
Somatic Breathwork sessions allow us space to slow down, unwind and open the connection to feeling body awareness.
​
These sessions are guided and tailored to you after an intake-process to find where we can best hold and support you.
​
Options allow us to use music, noise-cancelling headphones (if required) and to weave in supportive presence and bodywork if appropriate.
​
Duration: 2 - 2.5 hours
Location: Coffs Studio (or alternative location if required). Private group sessions available.
Functional Breathwork
Learn how to breath, yes, really! ​

Learn how breathing, stress regulation, and performance are connected. Build lasting resilience using evidence-based tools grounded in physiology and psychology.

Session duration: 1 hour (Block of sessions advised)

Breath Resilience Program
​Breath Resilience program is almost here - released soon.
​
Details will be released soon, but this package will involve a structyred plan to stablise the nervous system, build safety and awareness, before moving on to developing an increase in capacity to 'hold' and navigate stress.
