I support NDIS participants navigating stress, anxiety, emotional dysregulation and nervous system overwhelm.
Sessions are grounded, practical, and always participant led. No pressure, all very relaxed, just a space to come back to yourself.
HOW I WORK
My approach draws on applied breath resilience, somatic breathwork, and Compassionate Inquiry — combining physiological tools with a warm, body-based coaching style that meets you exactly where you are.
Sessions are available online or in-person in Coffs Harbour, NSW.
