What I do
I work with individuals and small groups using a person-centred, body-based approach to support health, wellbeing, and nervous system regulation. My work draws on applied breath resilience, integrative health coaching, somatic breathwork, and Compassionate Inquiry training.
As a Health & Wellness Coach and breathwork facilitator, I support clients in:

Developing self-awareness and self-regulation skills

Building sustainable lifestyle habits that support long-term wellbeing

Working with the breath to restore nervous system balance

Exploring patterns and experiences with compassion and gentle curiosity

Setting and working toward self-determined health and wellbeing goals
What I am not
I am not a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or registered mental health clinician. Sessions offered through Moment Of/ are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.
I do not provide:

Medical diagnosis or treatment

Psychological or psychiatric therapy

Crisis intervention or emergency mental health support

Prescriptions or medical referrals
If you are currently under the care of a GP, specialist, or mental health professional, I encourage you to inform them of your participation in sessions. I am happy to work collaboratively within your broader care team where appropriate.
When I will refer on
In line with the HCANZA Code of Conduct, I will actively recommend you seek support from another professional when your needs fall outside my scope of practice. This includes but is not limited to:

Acute mental health crises

Active suicidal ideation

Conditions requiring medical diagnosis or treatment

Situations where another modality would better serve your needs
I do not offer crisis response. If you require immediate support please call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or attend your nearest emergency department.
Confidentiality
What we discuss in sessions is confidential within legal and ethical limits. There are circumstances where confidentiality may not be maintained:

Where there is risk of harm to you or others

Where a child is at risk of abuse or neglect

Where records are subpoenaed by a court of law
Professional standards
I practice in accordance with the HCANZA Code of Conduct and Scope of Practice, and the ethical frameworks of all professional bodies to which I hold membership or registration.
