Using gentle breath to open, connecting to conscious connected breathing, allowing breath pauses to shift and release held tension, you'll leave feeling reconnected to the energy of abundance, power and purpose. A truly cathartic experience, pairing breath, innate body intelligence, with an immersive 9 Dimensional sound experience. What is 9D Breathwork? 9D Breathwork are world-class audio productions produced intentionally with layers of surround-sound designed to drop you into intimate internal experiences with yourself by reducing distractions from external noise. A unique way to experience the combination of Breathwork, sound and meditation, many are speechless at the level of depth to these experiences. With a thorough introduction we'll explore how intentional Breathwork patterns, along with the immersive 9D sound experience, can aid in re-connection, allowing the space to let go of held tension. Designed to begin where you feel comfortable, these sessions can be adapted flexibly.
