A truly cathartic experience, pairing breath, innate body intelligence, with immersive 9 Dimensional sound experiences. 9D Breathwork are world-class audio productions produced intentionally with layers of surround-sound designed to drop you into intimate internal experiences with yourself by reducing distractions from external noise. A unique way to experience the combination of Breathwork, sound and meditation, many are speechless at the level of depth to these experiences. With a thorough introduction we'll explore how intentional Breathwork patterns, along with the immersive 9D sound experience, can aid in re-connecting, allowing the space to let go of held tension. Designed to begin where you feel comfortable, these sessions can be adapted flexibly.
