Through one-to-one sessions and group experiences, Mel’s sessions are relaxed, approachable and welcoming.

 

With a foundations-first approach, Mel leads with a compassionate and genuine curiosity in your unique and personal journey through life.

 

Together, we use science-based functional breathing retraining and functional nutrition pillars, whilst reconciling and giving space to your life experiences.

Beginner Breathwork.

These are down-to-earth experiences, especially for those who feel a little nervous joining group classes. No prior experience needed.

 

The headsets offer an immersive experience, removing distractions from surrounding noise, creating space to connect to our internal feelings, emotions and own personal moment.
